Where can I purchase gift cards?
Woodruff Arts Center gift cards are available for purchase here on our Website (Click here to purchase) and at the following locations on campus:

• Box offices – located in the Memorial Arts Building (on the corner of Peachtree and 15th Streets) and the 14th Street Playhouse (on the corner of 14th and Juniper Streets)
• Atlanta Symphony Orchestra gift shop
• High Museum of Art gift shops

Can cards be purchased online?
Yes. Click here to purchase a Woodruff Arts Center gift card.

Is there a minimum and maximum purchase amount?
There is a $5 minimum purchase but no limit to the purchase amount.

Is there a fee for issuance or purchase of card?
No. You will only be charged for the amount you purchase for the card.

Where can I use my gift card?
The Woodruff Arts Center gift card can be used to purchase tickets, memberships and season subscriptions to the Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and the High Museum of Art, as well as Young Audiences programming. The gift card is redeemable at many locations on the campus including:

• Box offices – located in the Memorial Arts Building (on the corner of Peachtree and 15th Streets) and the 14th Street Playhouse (on the corner of 14th and Juniper Streets)
• Atlanta Symphony Orchestra gift shop
• High Museum of Art gift shops
• Table 1280, High Café, Fanfare, intermission bars and food carts
• Parking – when paying for parking, give the attendant your gift card
• Woodruff Arts Center website

Can I use my gift card online?
Yes. During checkout, you will be prompted to enter payment information. At this point, you will have the option to select to pay with your gift card. Enter you card number and pin for each gift card you wish to use and follow the prompts to complete the transaction.

Since I can use the gift card at any restaurant location on campus, can I also leave a tip for the service?
Yes. The money on the gift card is yours to use any way you like at any of the redeemable locations (see list above).

Can I use the gift card to get cash back at the register?
No. The gift card is not redeemable for cash.

How can I check the balance of my gift card?
Several ways: you can call the Woodruff Arts Center box office at (404) 733-5000 and a customer service representative will help you; you can visit this link; or visit our box office. You must have your gift card number and pin number to verify balance.

Can I make purchases for more than the amount of my gift card?
Yes. You can pay the difference anyway you like.

Can I add more money or recharge my gift card?
Gift cards can be reloaded by visiting or calling the box office at (404)733-5000. You must have your gift card number and PIN number ready when you call. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be reloaded online at this time.

How long can I use my gift card?
Your gift card expires two years from the purchase date.

What happens if my gift card expires and I still have a balance?
If you do not use your gift card within two years of the purchase, you will lose the value of the card.

What if my gift card is lost or stolen?
What if there is an error on a gift card transaction?
What if I want to dispute a purchase made with my gift card?
If your gift card is lost or stolen, or an error has been made during a transaction, or you have a question concerning your gift card please contact the Woodruff Arts Center box office either in person or by phone (404) 733-5000 and a customer service representative will assist you. You must have your gift card number and pin number to research your gift card.

Other Information about the Woodruff Arts Center Gift Card
As soon as you purchase a Woodruff Arts Center gift card, please make a note of the gift card number and pin number. This information will be used to re-issue your gift card in case it is lost or stolen. It will also be used to research any questions or concerns you have regarding your gift card.

Please note that the information provided when you register, purchase or redeem your gift card will be used to bring you good news and special offers from the Woodruff Arts Center and its divisions – Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, High Museum of Art and Young Audiences. Your information will not be sold, traded or disseminated in any way to any third party.

Gift certificates purchased from an individual Woodruff Arts Center division (Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra or High Museum of Art) are no longer available. If you own a gift certificate from a division, it will be honored until the expiration date. A divisional gift certificate can be used to purchase a new Woodruff Arts Center gift card
