How do I purchase the card?
    
Anyone with a current GA Tech student ID may purchase the pass at the Georgia Tech Box Office for $20.  Buzz Cards, Credit Cards, and cash are acceptable methods of payment.  A $1 service fee will be charged for credit card purchases; a $.50 service fee will be charged for Buzz Card purchases; and no fee will be charged for cash purchases.  The Georgia Tech Box Office will send you an email with your Patron ID.  Once you have your Patron ID you may begin reserving tickets online (www.woodruffcenter.org/gatech.aspx) and at the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office.  On your visit to the Woodruff Arts Center you may pick up your physical card at the Woodruff Arts Center box office.

How far in advance may I reserve my ticket?
    
Card holders may reserve their tickets within 48 hours of a performance or visit.

How do I reserve tickets online?
    After you've received your Patron ID (also on the back of your physical card), login to your online account using your personalized card information (your patron ID will be your username and your last name will be your password), and make your selections.  Tickets will be held at will call at The Woodruff Arts Center Box Office.  Photo ID must be shown to pick up the tickets.  Please note the Box Office hours below.  ** Be sure to arrive early for performances when picking up tickets from will call.

If I'm reserving my tickets online, and my friend who is also a pass holder is ordering his/her tickets online, can we arrange for our seats to be next to each other?
When reserving tickets online, it is not possible to pick your seats.  If you'd like to reserve seats with other card holders, please contact the box office and have all your Patron ID numbers available.  (404) 733-5000

Can I reserve tickets to the Symphony through the Atlanta Symphony Website?
    
No. To reserve a free ticket using your Student Pass, you must login and reserve through the Woodruff website: www.woodruffcenter.org/gatech.aspx.       

How many tickets can I reserve for each performance?
    The Student Pass allows you to reserve one ticket per performance or museum visit.  Students who wish to bring a companion may purchase one ticket at a special rate of $12 per performance or visit in conjunction with your ticket reservation.

How many performances or museum visits does the pass allow?
    
The pass allows you to reserve as many museum and performance tickets as you wish.  Some popular performances or events sell out quickly.  Ticket reservations are subject to availability.  Check our website for announcements on sold out performances.

Does the pass provide admission for all special events at the Woodruff Arts Center?
    No. Some events such as Friday Jazz at the High or Opening Night at the Alliance are not eligible for free admission.  Most regular performances will have available tickets.  Check the website for the complete list of events.

I'm married.  Can my spouse purchase the pass?
    Students' spouses with Georgia Tech identifications may purchase the pass for $20. 

Does the pass expire?
    The Woodruff Arts Center Georgia Tech Season Pass is valid for one season only.  This season begins June 1, 2011, and ends May 31, 2012.

What other perks does my pass carry?
    The Woodruff Arts Center will host three Georgia Tech nights during the year.  Card holders and non-card holders are invited to attend and participate in free and discounted activities.  Information on the Georgia Tech nights will be posted on the Student Pass website,
www.woodruffcenter.org/gatech.aspx .  Card holders are also able to rent Woodruff Arts Center facilities space for student events at a discounted rate.  For a list of spaces and rental rates, click here
