Location
The Conference Rooms are located on the Balcony level near Atlanta Symphony Hall
across from the elevators. These conference rooms are equipped with a sliding room
divider, which may be opened to form one large room.

Equipment Available
Limited tables, chairs and audio-visual equipment.
Basic Rate*
Includes space, limited setup, breakdown and cleanup time of available on-site equipment,
normal building security and logistical coordination. Setup and cleanup time are
included in the specified time. Rates are for six hours or any portion thereof.

*Normal building security for up to 105 guests is included in the basic rate. If
more than 105 attend, an additional security guard is required for every 100 or
fewer additional guests. Each additional Security Guard is $100 for 4 hours (4 hour
minimum). Additional hours are $25 per hour, per guard.
