Location
The Event Room is located on the balcony level Galleria across from Symphony Hall and the Alliance Theatre. It includes an Alcove.

Capacity
175 - 200 (standing reception)
150 - 175 (lecture seating)
75 - 90 (dinner seating)

Equipment Available
Limited tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, podium.

Basic Rate*
Includes Event Room, limited setup, breakdown and cleanup time of available on-site equipment, normal building security and logistical coordination. Setup and cleanup time are included in the specified time. Rates are for six hours or any portion thereof.

*Normal building security for up to 200 guests is included in the basic rate. If more than 200 attend, an additional security guard is required for every 100 or fewer additional guests. Each additional Security Guard is $100 for 4 hours (4 hour minimum). Additional hours are $25 per hour, per guard.
