Special Louvre Atlanta Events for Educators
Teachers, school administrators, and community educators are invited
to amazing and exciting learning opportunities you won’t find anywhere
else! On these exclusive evenings, you can book tours, explore PLU and
resource opportunities, and network with colleagues.These events are free
for educators with advance reservations.
Fall Evening for Educators, October 12, 2007, 4-8 p.m.
Spring Evening for Educators, February 8, 2008, 4-8 p.m.

Art Access
The High makes its vast resources and galleries available for free to
metro area approved schools through Art Access, an all-inclusive field
trip program that provides:
• Free admission to the High for students and required chaperones.
• Payment of bus transportation.
• Box lunch for all students and chaperones to facilitate an extended
visit.
• Complimentary teacher resources, student study guides and related
materials for
classroom learning before and after a visit to the museum.
• "Welcome Back" cards for all participating students
allowing each child to return to
the High with family and friends one time, free of charge.
Art Access is available to public schools of all grade levels in Cherokee,
Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry and Rockdale
counties as well as Atlanta Public Schools, Decatur City Schools and Marietta
City Schools. Art Access is an application program. For complete details and an application form, please visit www.High.org/artaccess or e-mailartaccess@woodruffcenter.org. Only a limited number of applications can be accepted. To be eligible for this program, applications must be received by mail no later than September 14, 2007.
