To Register: ALLIANCE THEATRE

Registration: Advanced reservations are required for all school groups; schedule early to secure desired date and time.

Other Options: Alliance Children’s Theatre Series: post-show talkbacks (“Q & A” sessions with actors and theatre staff) are available following 11:45 a.m. performances; groups of 75 or less may participate in backstage tours following select 11:45 a.m. performances. Reservations for both must be made at least two weeks in advance and are subject to availability.

Student Matinees: Post-show talkbacks are available following select performances.

Confirmation: The Alliance will send an invoice confirming the number of seats reserved, the amount of the payment due, and the deadline for returning these materials.

Payment: Alliance Children’s Theatre Series: full payment is required one month prior to event. Student Matinee Series: depending on the play, full payment is required one to two months prior to event. The Alliance accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, checks and money orders.

Changes and Cancellations: Call (404) 733 4660 to change or cancel reservations. No refunds are given to groups that cancel a reservation after a payment due date.If payment has not been received by the due date, reservations are subject to cancellation.
