to download a concert order form. Copy
the form if necessary; then complete and return it to request a reservation.
(Note: reservations by phone are not accepted.) All reservations are processed
in the order received. Some concert dates sell out quickly; please include
a second and third choice when completing the form. If all your choices
are filled, you will be notified by telephone and sent a written notice
of an available date. If you wish to attend more than one concert during
the season, copy the reservation form and return it by mail, fax or e-mail.

Confirmation: Within two weeks of receiving your reservation,
the Symphony will send a contract-invoice indicating the number of seats
reserved, the amount of the payment due, and the deadline for returning
these materials.
Payment: Before you return the contract-invoice form,
review the figures entered. Please send a check or money order payable
to Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Optional One-Step Pre-Pay Reservation:
Enclose a check made payable to Atlanta Symphony Orchestra for the total
number of
reservations indicated on the order form. A confirmation letter and education
materials will be sent once payment is received. Credit Cards are also
accepted.
Changes and Cancellations: The school’s representative
is responsible for notifying the Symphony Education Sales Department in writing
(U.S. mail, e-mail, facsimile) of anychanges to the reservation before
the payment deadline. Requests for reservation changes received before
the payment deadline will be honored. The school’s representative
will receive an amended contract-invoice and, if necessary, a new deadline
for payment. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing (U.S. mail,
e-mail, facsimile) no later than one month before the scheduled concert.
Cancellations made less than one month before the scheduled concert will
require full payment. No refunds will be issued. If your school is prevented
from attending a concert due to inclement weather or other situations
beyond your control, the Symphony will make every effort to reschedule
your school to another date.
