Presented by the Alliance Theatre and Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, this year’s Educator Conference will focus on the performing arts (theater, dance/movement, and music). While visual art teachers are welcome to join us to explore these topics, we want to be sure to communicate that visual arts pedagogy will not be a focus of this year’s event.
In the event that your school or district is going to cover the cost of your registration by check, and you are not part of a large group sale, please plan to register over the phone with one of our team members. We will process your registration under your name, and send an invoice directly to your school or district, which is due 30 days following receipt.
Please call: Liz Davis, Manager of Education Services, Woodruff Arts Center at (404) 733-5256
No problem! Be sure to mention this when you are registering over the phone, and one of our team members will send you an electronic copy of the Woodruff Arts Center’s W-9 by email.

The Educator Conference team utilizes an event management system called sched.org to manage participants’ conference schedules.
As we get closer to the event, all registered participants will receive an email with instructions for accessing sched.org in order to begin within sched.org to select workshops and build a conference schedule.
Once this system is available, we encourage everyone to begin making session selections early, as space in some sessions is limited. Please note that we will add/update session information on an ongoing basis, and you can always go back and make adjustments to your selections.
We are pleased to extend a 10% discount to large groups of 10 or more people. Please note that large groups of 10 or more people cannot be booked online. Please contact Liz Davis, Manager of Education Services, Woodruff Arts Center at (404) 733-5256 or email@example.com to secure the large group discount and initiate your group sale.
Please contact Liz Davis, Manager of Education Services, Woodruff Arts Center at (404) 733-5256 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, school name, and district name in your message and a team member will follow up with you with additional instructions.
The Woodruff Arts Center Educator Conference offers 20 contact hours of Professional Learning, which is equal to (2) CEUs or PLUs.
If you are seeking Professional Learning credit for attending the conference, please let us know at the time of Check In. To receive a Professional Learning certificate from the Woodruff Arts Center, you will need to Check In each morning to confirm your attendance. A conference team member will then send you a certificate electronically within one month following the conference to document your time with us.
We are also happy to assist with any paperwork required by your school or school district, and encourage participants to double check Professional Learning unit/credit processes with their school and district, as requirements and procedures have changed over the years and may vary from school to school and district to district.
