May 16, 2025, ATLANTA—During the Spring Board Meeting on Monday, May 12, the Woodruff Arts Center welcomed Kathy N. Waller as Chair of the FY26 Board of Trustees and announced 13 incoming Voting Trustees.
Waller serves as Atlanta Committee for Progress’ Executive Director and has more than 35 years of financial and operational leadership experience. Prior to her retirement from The Coca-Cola Company, Waller served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and President, Enabling Services. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester.
“Kathy has a decades-long career of consistently demonstrating sharp business acumen and a deep commitment to bettering her community,” said Hala Moddelmog, Woodruff Arts Center President and CEO. “I have a tremendous amount of respect and admiration for Kathy and am eager to work alongside her to lead the Arts Center in its next chapter.”
In addition to Waller, the Arts Center welcomed Angela Evans, Partner at EY – Americas Tax and Risk Advisory Services, as Incoming Chair of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, along with Barry C. McCarthy, President and CEO at Deluxe Corporation, as Finance Committee Chair of the Governing Board and Mark D. Wasserman, Partner, CEO Emeritus at Eversheds Sutherland (US), and Ann A. Adams, Chief Human Resources Officer at Norfolk Southern, as At-Large Members of the Governing Board.
