Woodruff Arts Center Network Outage and Incident Update
In April, The Woodruff Arts Center, including the Alliance Theatre, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and the High Museum of Art, experienced a network security incident from an unauthorized third-party that resulted in a significant IT outage. This affected many of the Center’s operations and systems. Upon learning of the incident, the Arts Center immediately took steps to secure our systems and began working to implement enhanced security measures. The team also began an investigation, and an outside forensics firm was engaged to assist in the effort. Law enforcement has been notified.
Tickets for performances were quickly made available and remain available for purchase at the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office and High Museum of Art at 1280 Peachtree Street and online through the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Alliance Theatre websites.
We thank our loyal patrons for their patience and support during the incident.
